Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online, you must call our customer service department at Toll Free 844 858 0025. You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only if it has not been shipped. Please remember that orders are automatically processed and uploaded to our warehouse systems within minutes of receiving your paid order. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please request for RMA number from the customer service representative.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our very customer-friendly return policy. If you are in any way disappointed with a product you ordered, we will replace it or refund your money, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We would gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.

All returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and must be received by us within 45 days of purchase.

We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) only on items that are returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a store credit if product(s) have been opened/used/stained, as they are no longer in resell-able condition. Please note that some products may have a small restocking fee. Any products with a restocking fee will be clearly identified in the product description page. If your order was placed with free shipping, a 20% (or a minimum of $14.95) restocking fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned product.

Note: Because the return policy differs on some products, each product page must be read carefully for returns related to that product.

      • Additional shipping fees will be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
      • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
      • We do not rent products; we cannot accept products back after being used by movie/TV producers.
      • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees


    • Refunds are NOT issued on:
      • DVDs and CDs
      • Bedding Accessories
      • Compression Stockings
      • Personal Massagers and Vibrators
      • Ostomy Products
      • Support & Braces
      • Clearance Items
      • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
      • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
      • An Item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume cannot be returned
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded
    • Custom orders cannot be refunded or returned
    • Closeout/Clearance items cannot be refunded or returned
    • We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., USA).
    • Please note that for orders to USA, if any additional tax, duty, or brokerage fees were applied by US Customs, these fees will not be refunded

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of most of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). Purolator/UPS/Canada Post, all provide tracking and insurance. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail when being returned.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time.

Product-Specific Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Some items (such as clothing, jewelry, DVDs/CDs, or health and beauty items) may have special return policies. Items with a different or unique return policy or procedure are clearly marked on their respective product pages. Due to the freshness of some of the ingredients used in our health and beauty products, some items may only be returned within a limited time-frame. Any special return policies are clearly noted on the product page. If you are unsure or have questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, we encourage you to contact us via e-mail at [email protected] and we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.


Wholesale Returns

We gladly accept returns from our wholesale customers. We must receive the goods back within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 20% Restocking Fee on returned items, if a cash refund is requested. You can avoid the Restocking Fee by getting the refund in form of store credit.

Unclaimed Returns and Pick-ups


All returns which are not claimed at the local UPS/Canada Post and are returned back will be subject to a 20% (minimum $14.95) Restocking Fee. 

Any orders not picked up in 10 days from the date of purchase will be cancelled and be subject to a 20% (minimum $14.95) Restocking Fee. 



Returns due to Wrong Address or Refusal

An order where Free Shipping was used, but is returned back to us because wrong shipping address was provided or refused by buyer, will be subject to a 20% (minimum $14.95) Restocking Fee.

We are also charged shipping fees for any such returns by all shipping companies, i.e. UPS, Canada Post, etc. We reserve the right to charge the return shipping fee to you as well.

Address change/corrections can only be requested on packages shipped with UPS. UPS can only change address after their first delivery attempt fails. A $25 fee Plus all rerouting fees charged by UPS will be charged to you.

Please email us at [email protected] to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not just send your items back for return without first getting an RMA number.
