The 100% cotton round zafu meditation pillow has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one side so you can position it quickly underneath you. The zafu which originated long ago in Japan and made popular in China was originally filled with cattail. Nowadays this style pillow is typically stuffed with 100% natural cotton.
